With backgrounds in Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo and Strength and Conditioning, our trainers can tailor a plan to your individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or a competitor, you'll train with active fighters and experienced coaches who live the sport every day.

Our team of MMA athletes come from a variety of backgrounds in combat sports, from Taekwondo to Jiu Jitsu, we cater to a number of disciplines. Our trainers actively compete in their discipline and bring real combat experience to training. All levels welcome, from beginner to competitive athlete.

The Pride specializes in the sport of boxing. We offer boxing classes for fitness and technical fundamentals for competitive boxers. We recently partnered with Olympic medallist and undefeated pro boxer, Tony Jeffries to bring his Box 'N Burn system from LA to Zimbabwe.

Classes are divided by skill level and age group, so there’s something for everyone—from beginners to competitors.
Not at all!
We welcome beginners and have introductory classes to help you ease into training. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way, regardless of your experience.
Yes. Safety is our top priority.
All members must be assessed and undergo an induction. In case of injury, we follow strict first-aid and incident-report protocols. You’re encouraged to report any discomfort immediately, and rest or modification is always an option.
Just yourself, a bottle of water, and workout clothes.
If it’s a grappling class, long sleeves and leggings are preferred. We offer loaner gear (e.g., gloves, gi) for first-timers, and our front desk can help with gear purchases later on.
Yes.
Memberships can be paused due to injury, travel, or personal reasons. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Just reach out to the desk or email us.
Yes.
We have dedicated kids' classes and women-only sessions that focus on technique, fitness, and confidence. Ask the front desk or check the schedule for specific times.

Sparring is introduced progressively and responsibly, with an emphasis on learning — not winning. This class prepares students for higher-level grappling and future MMA training.
