With backgrounds in Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo and Strength and Conditioning, our trainers can tailor a plan to your individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or a competitor, you'll train with active fighters and experienced coaches who live the sport every day. 

Strength & Conditioning

We offer bespoke strength and conditioning packages for enthusiasts who want to develop power, endurance, resilience and well-being. If you're looking to improve combat sport performance, lose weight and get toned or build overall fitness and strength, our experienced coach can develop the program you desire. 

Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where two participants wearing protective gloves throw punches at each other in a ring, aiming to score points or achieve a knockout. Through bag work, sparring, and drills, you'll get a full-body workout while learning self-defense.

What types of martial arts do you offer?

We currently offer classes in  Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,  Wrestling, and MMA
Classes are divided by skill level and age group, so there’s something for everyone—from beginners to competitors.

Do I need prior experience to join?

Not at all!
We welcome beginners and have introductory classes to help you ease into training. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way, regardless of your experience.

Is there an injury or safety policy?

Yes. Safety is our top priority.
All members must be assessed and undergo an induction. In case of injury, we follow strict first-aid and incident-report protocols. You’re encouraged to report any discomfort immediately, and rest or modification is always an option.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself, a bottle of water, and workout clothes.
If it’s a grappling class, long sleeves and leggings are preferred. We offer loaner gear (e.g., gloves, gi) for first-timers, and our front desk can help with gear purchases later on.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes.
Memberships can be paused due to injury, travel, or personal reasons. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Just reach out to the desk or email us.

Do you offer kids' or women-only classes?

Yes.
We have dedicated kids' classes and women-only sessions that focus on technique, fitness, and confidence. Ask the front desk or check the schedule for specific times.
